What support covers
Fixing any defect in how the theme’s elements or settings work as described in the guide, answering setup and usage questions, and pointing you to the correct configuration in the Salla dashboard.
Paid customization
Any change to an element’s look, layout or colors beyond the options available in the theme editor, adding a feature to an existing element, building a new element, or entering content and images on your behalf. These requests are scoped and quoted before work starts.
Working hours & response time
Monday to Friday. Support requests are answered within 48 business hours of receipt.
